When you reach a milestone or accomplish something significant, do you try to grab all the credit, or do you give it away to others?
If your desire is to always be in the spotlight, you will find fewer and fewer people willing to join you in achieving your dreams.
But when you give the credit away, not only do you get more accomplished, but everything you do helps to build your momentum. And you won't have to look far for people to partner with, because others will seek you out. Everyone loves to work with a person who shares the spotlight.
